Open-source libraries

Guitar Harmony Helper uses third-party libraries. This page provides their notices and the Windows library source collection, separately from the proprietary application.

Windows library sources

The current Windows 1.0.3 release uses Qt 6.12.0 and MinGW runtime libraries. Its five principal Qt DLLs and three compiler runtime DLLs match the earlier Windows release files checked against this source collection.

The archive contains Qt Base, Qt SVG and Qt Translations 6.12.0 sources, embedded third-party sources and license texts, build records, replacement instructions, and GCC/MinGW runtime source records. Some documents retain their original release-candidate labels. Read SOURCE-PROVENANCE.md inside for verification scope and the unresolved exact MinGW vendor-checkout limitation. This collection does not claim bit-for-bit reproducibility.

Library licenses and replacement

Qt is dynamically linked under LGPLv3 in the Windows application. You may modify and replace the covered libraries and reverse engineer the application to debug modifications to them. No application license term overrides these library rights.

The Windows release also includes Monocypher for license-signature verification and Karoryfer guitar samples. Their notices accompany the app. FMOD, the Windows audio engine, is proprietary and is not included as open-source code in this archive.

Browser demo

The download above applies to the Windows libraries. It does not contain the separate WebAssembly browser demo's source and relinking materials. Contact support for questions about the browser demo's libraries; its source and relinking publication remains to be completed.
