Qt 6.12.0 is dynamically linked under LGPLv3. LGPLv3 and GPLv3 accompany
the application. You may modify and replace the covered libraries and reverse
engineer this application to debug modifications to those libraries. No
application term overrides these rights. Replacement libraries do not need
an Ultima Music signature, activation key or permission.

Close the app and back up the entire application folder and your projects.
Use the portable distribution in a writable folder, or the installed folder.
Leave the application executable unchanged. Replace the corresponding Qt DLLs
with compatible 64-bit MinGW release builds. Keep matching plugins in their
platforms, imageformats, iconengines, styles, tls, networkinformation and generic
folders. Keep compatible compiler runtime dependencies alongside the app.
Restart the app. Arbitrary Qt/compiler versions need not be ABI compatible.

The source bundle contains qtbase, qtsvg and qttranslations 6.12.0 archives,
including their third-party sources, licenses, vendor SBOMs and configuration.
Vendor Qt reports GNU 15.1.0. The recorded vendor configuration includes paths
from their build machine; adapt those paths to your own environment.

Example QtSvg rebuild against a compatible installed Qt base, in a shell with
CMake, Ninja and MinGW on PATH:

   -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=C:/Qt/6.12.0/mingw_64 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release

Copy svg-build/bin/Qt6Svg.dll and its plugins/imageformats/qsvg.dll and
plugins/iconengines/qsvgicon.dll to the corresponding application paths.
The release records include a locally modified QtSvg replacement experiment
built with GNU 13.1.0; production packages use the original vendor Qt DLLs.

Optional startup and SVG rendering check:

The destination folder must exist. HARMONY_SILENT_AUDIO=1 selects silent FMOD
output for automated checks. This does not send any support email.

Source fulfillment: distribute qt-6.12.0-windows-sources.zip alongside the
installer/portable download with equivalent access, without payment or login.
